The STS 2010 provides a mobile, cost effective solution for solidification of slurries, sludge, wet mud, wet factory process waste, and substances created by hydro-excavation, directional boring, well drilling, and other operations producing liquid waste products.

Material is placed in the STS 2010. It is then mechanically moved and mixed with

controlled quantities of MTC Environdry without significantly increasing bulk of the material being processed. Once the proper solidification is reached, the material is discharged into a roll-off box or truck and removed from the site.

The resulting material consistency allows for passing the 5-minute Paint Filter Liquids Test

(Method 9095) and is therefore acceptable to landfills not allowed to receive material containing

free-liquids.
